Would they publish the worst book ever written?

they got a book that purposely didnt make sense, just random words typed together, and still proceded to accept it and offer a "contract"

I love this! Look at it like this, you are getting your name out there and with the Youtube videos, you are getting your 15 min. of fame.Try Lulu and promote on blogs and Youtube, contact your local newspaper ect. I am published through Lulu.com, although, there isn't alot of money in self publishing, I am very pleased with them:) It's a free site and there's no bull****. I recieved my copy in a few days after ordering and it looks great!

Wow- I am contracted with them for a children's book:( I hope I don't get screwed!!! Luckily I have several other books in process. I have heard alot of bad things about them and I also have found a few authors who had no problem, fortunately this is not my only book. I have written at least 10 other children's stories!

Oh wow! My heart is going really fast right now. I just signed over my book that I worked hard on with PA. They posted it up for sale on their site, but I noticed they did not display my book cover. Who wants to buy a book that they don't even know what it looks like? They haven't even sent me a finished book and I am the author. It is sad to see so many people getting hurt by this publishing company.

Wish I had seen this video before I sent my manuscript into PA... They totally screwed me over, messed up my whole book with tons of mistakes and even my bio the messed up.

So, I'm canceling my contract with them and going somewhere else with my book.

..Also, who gives a shit if you signed a 7 year contract, breach of contract by them breaks it...

But you know what? I talked to an attorney and he said I should have checked in with a lawyer before hand, so attorney's are worthless fucks as far as protection goes.

The same fuckin shit happened to me....exactly how you put it..my book The Forgotten Pages. Except my book isn't even available anywhere!!!!! Says not in stock and I get about 4 emails a week trying to get me to buy my own fucking book!!! They need to be stopped PUBLISH AMERICA is a SCAM!!! So I know how ya feel.
