I'm really not to sure, on the form they have Steering Linkage:Track rod end. Then they have Steering Linkage:Inner tie rod end!

@hansaru Check ball joint and or inner tie rod ends. Also check your sway bar links if it has any.

@ShawnCFarm Well, I got it done and the knocking from the front left is still there but its barely noticeable....any suggestions? I wasn't able to tighten it with an impact so I had to hand crank it..

Steering Linkage: Inner tie rod end.
Above is exactly what the test centre wrote that Failed the car test!

Is a track rod end and an inner tie rod end both the same? I ask this because I just had my car tested and they have both to be replaced?
