Improving Range Of Motion and stability in the shoulder joint should always go hand in hand.
We activate the external rotators and pump some blood into the muscles and then perform some assisted dynamic and static stretching in various positions.

  • @konjvodeni You can use them as soon as you can perform them without any pain. Little pain and no pain are different things, mind you. Feel better.

  • Hey Ido. I have terrible Shoulder ROM, and I'd love to be able to do the exercises shown within this video. However I do not have the money to buy anything! Are there any alternatives to these exercises?

  • @portaldo When you say hold at the stretched position do you mean as in when the shoulder is stretched back meaning less resistance on the bands, or do you mean hold at the point of most resistance where the shoulder muscles are contracted?

  • How often would you say these exercises be done for maximum benefit?
