I just love your theme music at the beginning of each video. Also, thank you for compiling and sharing these documentaries.

I think I'd personally prefer that to being hunted by say Tiger, Lions or wolves :P
Then again, that might have resulted in even greater evolution.

These tortoises dont have any predators do they? Must be a peaceful and boring life for a tortoise.

I loved the evolutionary arms race concept. It is so rich in meaning. Prof. Dawkins rocks!

@petestrat07 The correct term is Octopodes. But nobody says that, so Octopi is okay now.
-
According to Wikipedia, cactuses is a valid plural form. Unless I'm mistaken.
-
I noticed that also, Dawkins called what was once called "octopy", "octopuses."

I notice recently people say fishes too. When I was younger I always thought fishes wasn't a word. Maybe English is trying to co mingle with how people want to generalize stuff. But, not totally sure either way. I thought cacti was correct too.
Dawkins writes so beautifuly, speaks so softly, and explains things so patiently. His love of evolution is palpable, I have felt it, it is a result of this theory that I so love and appreciate nature now more than ever. And it is all thanks to the way Dawkins explains things.
Thank you Richard.
Thank you Richard.

The giant tortoises are indeed huge; it takes almost two Richard Dawkins to size up to one of them but it takes only one Richard Dawkins to bring almost three billion deluded theists onto their knees.
