Discussing the importance of analyzing ALL the evidence for the claim the Book of Mormon just simply slavishly and stupidly copies the King James Version of the Bible.

  • All I can say is -- WOW!!

He said two things that blew me away. First, he said that we have the God-given freedom to use our God-given intellect. Second, he said that true intellect does not destroy our faith. How very true in both cases.

I can't go into detail, but I can say that I discovered his truth about using the smarts that God gave us. And using those smarts has given freedom to my faith.

    WONDERFUL stuff indeed!

  • Well, his hair used to be long. Although, I think I am glad he cut it. The Messiah's hair is not as long as we like to imagine. :) Hey, Kerry, my parents gave me a kid's commentary on the 2nd Chapter of the Book of Moses. I thanked them for it, although I pointed out that the Creation as portrayed in the book, is all wrong. The Creation in the book deals with the creation of the lone and dreary wilderness.

  • ...and looking forward to the "Atoning Messiah"
