  • This is so inaccurate. Easter was originally sun worship. They would worship the rising sun. A pagan tradition that the church tried to christianized. And changed it where the celebrate Christ rising from the cross instead. Which is something your supposed to do everyday...

  • christianity is based in sun worship.

  • How are Eggs attribute to Easter? Easter is mentioned in the Bible, but not Christmas. Easter, Eastern Star, the woman produces eggs/ovums, Easter is a holiday of the Female creative force in nature. Easter=Ester=the Babylonian Earth/Moon Goddess Ishtar or the Egyptian Goddess Isis. The saviour Child is Tammuz/Heru. You can find Tammuz name in the Old testament. Tammuz is a month in the Hebrew calendar. This all comes from ancient pantheism of Babylonian and Egypian Sun Culture.

  • christianity is a load of crap, and a worshiping of the sun, pagan holiday.. and also refers to the aminita muscaria (magic mushroom) small children would gather the mushrooms under neath the evergreen tree's because they were small, the mushrooms resembled colored eggs now a days...

  • easter is pagan

  • @mochababybrown Pre-Catholic Justin Martyr, circa 150AD, recognized the analogies between Christianity and Paganism. To the Pagans, he wrote: "When we say that the Word, who is first born of God, was produced without sexual union, and that he, Jesus Christ, our teacher, was crucified and died, and rose again, and ascended into heaven; we propound NOTHING DIFFERENT from what you believe regarding those whom you esteem sons of Jupiter (Zeus)." [First Apology, ch. xxi]
