WOW.. wish my wheatgrass looked as great as that.. i dont see ANY mold whatsoever.. Im forced to do it inside.. so i dont use the trays w/ holes in them... its not that much mold tho.. im sure it wont kill me :)... im gonna start saoking them in food grade 3% h2o2 i think next. ( and water of course :)

You can fertilize it with blue-green algae powder...ask your local health food store. It will taste sweeter and have more nutritional value. The leftover grass mats can be composted in your yard, and it adds greenery to your house and freshens the air (that is, if you don't burp it,LOL!)
