Fact: On Commercial Property(USA in most States), the government can't enforce any Tobacco smoking legislature on your property. The decisions to ban indoor smoking is almost purely that of the property owners. And as far as the Constitution is concerned, it should always be up to the property owner.

Smoking when people are eating in restaurants is disgusting and a common social norm. Smoking at a bar should only be allowed if the bar is well ventilated. I don't care about the health arguments. Smoke smells really bad. It's like if I walked around with ammonia.

I smoke.  To be honest, i don't mind smoking bans, i just wish they would leave bars alone. i used to love sitting at a bar beer in one hand cigarette in the other, but my city banned it last month.

I smoke and understand why non smokers hate it and in some ways agree with it all, BUT I'm conservative and believe in freedom of choice. It should be up to the owners to say weather you can smoke or not. When abroad I CHOOSE to eat in a NON smoking restaurant. It's all about choice.

The reason i don't like this video is because it justifies peoples' addictions. Try deep breaths of fresh air, stretch, go for a walk or eat an orange for a pick-me-up instead of filling your lungs and my air with smoke. Forking over your money to companies that encourage you to do shit that is bad for your health is just stupid. I don't care what statistics they're abusing, I don't want to smell or breathe it, and I think being adamant about your right to make stupid choices is also bullshit.
