second the account # is not required and he only need's his ssi#,dob,full name to prove he is the account owner this is known by most and most bankers would laugh at RBC.Again i work at an real bank and i deal with people who don't have their acc# so i ask them for their dl,ssi# and other basic information to prove they are indeed the account holder your company is an joke and should close down or rewrite it's policy to match wachovia'a or suntrust's.
