It has a bipod, but can be mounted on tripods for more support.

What evidence do you have for that? The length of the round (109mm versus 99mm)?
I'd appreciate hearing your reasons for thinking so. Also, remember that being more powerful does not mean it's better.

KORD 12,7 x 109 mm is twice moore powerfull than 50 cal.

it is man portable, the guy in this video fires it from the hip. A two man team can move and operate this weapon
