i am an usher at a movie theatre and our rule is no children 6 and under allowed in R rated movies after 6. I don't know if this is a rule at all theatres, but if it is, I would've bitched to a manager.

@forrestlarsen Took the advice last night! We rented "Horrible Bosses" (which we'd never seen) , and aside from tons of laughter - not a peep came out of my mouth. Very proud of myself :D

So I remember once I went to go see the movie Bruno. Now take in mind that some of the stuff in that movie might be disturbing for even some adults (not me), but I see this lady come in with her 4-6 yr old kids. I just looked at her and thought "do you KNOW what this movie is about". 2 Minutes into the movie she runs the fuck out. Seriously people need to know what the fuck they are watching.

You know, I really have to thank you for posting this rant. I am ...*hangs head* guilty of being an asshole that talks during a movie -- and this really made me think that I have to cut my shit. Lol I guess it was the verbal spanking that I needed.
