Message To My Son Who Is Being Kept From Me

This is a message I am sending to my son, who I am supposed to be spending time with, but he is being kept from me. He has been kept from me since he was six months old. Utah needs better laws, one should have rights to their child without having to fight for them in a court of law. Parents unwilling to facilitate a relationship between the child and a loving Parent should not get custody because it's obvious they do not have the childs best interests in mind. Stop mental abuse of children who are used as pawns to gain advantage over another Parent in divorce cases! Haven't seen my boy since April 23rd, 2009. This is getting really old. Custodial interference IS child abuse & should be prosecuted by the law.

My boy is currently with me. His Mom decided to assualt me and my pregnant fiance at our home 27.91 miles from her home, she tried to snatch up our son...it scared the daylights out of my boy and his brothers.

I am sooo sorry that your son is being kept from you. I have a five year old daughter that is my whole world. After her mother and I split-up, we were together every weekend. That is up until last July when her mother suddenly decided (for absolutely no legitimate reason) to change both of her phone numbers, relocate without a forwarding address, and even quit her job. If you're not the custodial parent you get NO help from the police, the courts, O.R.S. NO ONE! Please watch my video "So Cruel"

When children obviously love both their parents, only morons would ever try to harm the love between a child and one of their parents - That goes for the alienator, their friends, and the court officials. My children are being kept from me too, and it hurts a lot - I can see how it hurts my kids, but I can only imagine the extent of the harm and how it will affect them in the future. Best wishes.
