Nvidia, can I input more than 1 video file (a waitlist, queue?) Plz I find this really frustrating in badaboom 2.0

I'm looking for some kind of plugin or software that can use the GPU for any CPU tasks, at least video rendering. Any ideas??

@Garofild I think that was probably with a previous version of Badaboom. Badaboom 2.0 is out now--supports all the latest NVIDIA cards.

@juanp756 ATI Avivo uses GPU to convert movies, its free on ATI website
I use it with my 4850 and its slightly faster than badaboom and has more features but badaboom is more stable

Don't bother with Badaboom, the developers have pretty much abandoned it.
I haven't seen an update for months, people kept asking for essential features for a media converter and they were always 'planned for later update'.

Wow, and that's a 9600GT!

i used it, a 2hr movie converted just in 30m, while with the with cpu it would take 3hr
this program needs more options, because it only converts to mp4 and a few codecs
any body knows other program that uses the gpu?

tried that with bamboo 12mb a minute too long for me

There are better converters out there, badaboom lacks a lot of options and it also costs quite a bit of money. Other converters also use the GPU.
