Night was calm, looting and vandalism acts were not present.

Still there were vandalism acts in Jüriöö park. 15 ground lamps were broken. And monument for casualties died in World War II by painting the parts of monument (helmets).

Russian Delegation denied of making a press conference.
They met police director and legislative council. In police center they saw videos of vandalism acts in Tallinn.

Delegation refused to visit foreign office's press conference. But they visited Russian embassy in Estonia, where only Russian journalists were invited.
