I didn't see this on YouTube so... Here is "It's Allright" from The Paul Butterfield at Rockpalast show in Germany on Sept 15, 1978. This has a great solo from Buzzy Feiten.

It is not on record. It is from a video of a Butterfield performance on Rockpalast, a German tv show

Not to my knowledge, maybe Butterfield has it on one of his later albums, which I don't pay attention to. However, the good news is this show is no available on DVD in USA on Amazon. They are releasing the Rockpalast series, so you can get it there if you wish. A great show all the way around.

The legendary Rockpalast show - including It's Alright - was released on CD by german television WDR, distribution by SPV (see: wwwspv.de) some time ago. It's a fantastic recording!

Paul Butterfield was a passionate singer. He simply poured out his heart and soul with each performance. He conveyed pathos and pain (the "blues) so well.

@jkoff76 not sure it was a "waste"... seems like an untold story under there somewhere- brilliant talent here- you can feel it, but for some weird reason "not appreciated"... at least that is my take on it. Yes, kind of tragic! Cheers.
