  • David tennant was when childish antics became serious behaviour. A program everyone could watch. A program where the doctor had substance, realism, texture and a personality others could relate to. That was destroyed immediately when matt smith started using unusual and somewhat permiscuous lines; and doctor who became 'family friendly', where its all about pretty viewing rather than dealing with actual issues that could come around. David Tennant was the John Luke Picard of Doctor Who.

  • I miss Tennant. And Ecclestone too. ;¨(

  • the master is back!

  • No. Those two events: the Reality Bomb and the return of Gallifrey, are NOT linked. As stated by the Narrator at the conclusion of TEOT Part 1, it was the Master's conquering of the Earth via the Immortality Gate that caused the Time Lords to return somehow. How this happened exactly, will be revealed in Part 2.

  • @Kaagh178 ohhhh,, so when the realility bomb was set off it made gallifrey return some how,, and are the time lords angry at the doctor

  • The darkness is never definitive. In Series 4 'the darkness' was not meant to be the Daleks, but the effects of the Reality Bomb (the stars are going out). In The End of Time it's not exactly the darkness that is the danger, but what the Ood sensed was stirring inside it. The vast object that was inside the darkness was Gallifrey and of course, the Time Lords. in other words, RTD uses the darkness, as a term to describe danger. I hope that explanation makes the matter slightly less complicated.

  • im so dissapointed after waters of mars i thought it was gonna be a struggle for the doctors very soul....but this was intentionally disjointed and made no sense...it will be a script masterpeice to bring it all together again..i hope so

  • @Kaagh178 im confused :S,, in series 4 the darkness was otherwise known as the daleks

  • The darkness is the Time Lords. They have now returned.

  • @chihuahua, Thats just a theory you don't actually know that. Thats what you think. That Wilf has to kill The Doctor before The Master does! Besides whats the point of telling me what happend when after The Master shot The Doctor about 11 hours after it was on. I watched it.
