I agree with all of you who agree with Pam Stenzel! She Rocks, and her teachings are true and in tune with the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints. I love them.

I agree we should not teach abstinence only but rather abstinence first. The only reason so many people have an almost visceral hatred of the idea of abstinence is abstinence requires discipline and that is something this generation (I am 26, but I am not about to associate myself with this generation) has not been taught.

bt theres a conection between the STD's, condoms, pregnancy and all those issues with "waiting 4 marriage"...its safer...and its the way that God intended it from the beginning..the media just trashes sex and proclaims it liek a sport...ye>>it can be good...fulfilling e.t.c...but yall gotta seeit that abstinence is the BEST WAY...hmm well I guess thats how I see it...hey but im not here 2 descrimminate;) jst stating my opinion!

You should tell adolescents the TRUTH about sex because they are indeed sexual beings at that age. Give them all the info: condoms, birth control, STD's, proper names for sexual body parts, how sex works etc. THAT would be the TRUTH. Not some screaming religious fanatic saying 'No! Wait until you're married!'
