Fight/Effects Tutorial (Part 2)

Here's the 2nd part, make sure you have seen part 1 first if you're lost. In this part I show how to animate effects and such.
If you have TISFAT version 7.0.3, then you have to remember that the colors are swapped with different ones when you use the Line Tool.
For example, Yellow is Light Blue, and Red is Blue while Blue is Red.

Well I use 640x360 or 640x480 now.
