After all, Billy Kane is ENGLISH. This voice acting is better than the whiny Japanese attempt at Cockney.

I jut hope they never remove this voice actor.

The Japanese creators made them, then slowly decide on their personality, their country etc. Of course there have to be variaties. English or what, these characters originated from JAPAN. And that's how their original voices sounds like. (in japanese)
