Evosonic was a German radio station dedicated to bringing electronic music to the airwaves. It was started in the late 90's as a forum for international artists to contribute nearly commercial-free and on a mostly volunteer basis.

Here is a short recap of the scandal that took place in Germany in the late 90's:

EvoSonic had been on air nationwide through cable and ASTRA Sattelite (on the frequencies of SuperRTL) until July, the 1st 1998. This nationwide broadcasting network came to an expense of some DM 100.000,- a year. Due to open bills, Super RTL cut off their frequencies for EvoSonic at July, the 1st 1998 - all legal.

EvoSonic had already signed a new contract for using the frequencies of PHOENIX (a public ducomentary and news channel, supported by ARD and ZDF). ASTRA gave its okay. All was perfect, until the glorious WDR, the biggest of Germany's federal broadcasting networks, said NO! Why? As they support PHOENIX technically, they would have the right to consider who would use PHOENIX' tone frequencies. ASTRA said, the WDR is wrong in that point: Only ASTRA would have the right to reserve channels. Apparently this meant a lot of work for a bunch of lawyers, but they never resolved the argument.

The second launch took place on November, the 1st 1998 after a move to Munich, where the DSF (a private sports channel) offered an open frequency. Unfourtunatly, that was never more than a stopgap solution. EvoSonic aired from an old barracks building at the Domagkgelände in Munich's Milbertshofen-Am Hart district. Negotiations with the Telekom corporation for a place in the cable network, however, remained unsuccessful. At 3pm on October, the 1st 1999 broadcasting came to an end.

Ich bin es noch mal der Aquqmann777 ich habe alles versucht das Lied zu bekommen.Leider ist alles fehl geschlagen :-( Es ist nicht schön wenn man so etwas nicht mehr bekommt.Ich habe auch viel Musik die manch anderer auch gerne hätte.z.B. Biscaya trance,A-Team Hardstyle.Ach und viele mehr.Ja aber hinter Zorbas dance habe ich bestimmt 3 Jahre einer Version her gejagt. Wenn einer mir mal helfen kann würde ich mich sehr freuen um das Lied zu bekommen ICQ Joker777
