Today I'm talking about SAKE[Japanese traditional alcohol drink]!

SAKE has many types.
This time, I am saying SAKE for 清酒[seishu] which is the most popular/typical/well known. ^^

And the meanings of 清酒[seishu] and 純米酒[junmaishu] are...
清酒[Seishu] is kind a category for 大吟醸酒[Daiginjo shu], 吟醸酒[Ginjo-shu], 純米酒[junmai-shu], 本醸酒[honjou-shu]. Among them, Daiginjo-shu,Ginjou-shu, Honjou-shu has some additives for taste better/milder. While, Junmai-shu doesn't have any additives and just made from only rice, malt and water.
