I was doing the gym thing before i started hcg but i do 20 min at a fast walking speed DONT RUN....then i do another 30 min on the weights no more then 35 pounds ...so there is a area in my gym where i can do the weight for 1 min and then this light goes off and then i would do the stair step and the light and then another machine..so i do that for 30 min 3 times a week..i notice that i lose more weight on those days ..drink plenty of water while working out..let me know how you do
