People are already using there Prepaid Treasury Accounts to offset their Debts, some even get letters saying Thank You for paying with your Prepaid Treasury Account your balance is now Zero. Of course the Banksters don't want you to know that, so they can charge you Twice, now aint that Nice ;-)

fourwinds10com has an article about the 1099OID. Unfortunately if you file a 1099OID, they go after you seize your accounts and everything. So not so sure about how that would work out. She's right though, about what they did.
