This speech was over three months ago. Look at the Libyan people now. They are celebrating in the streets by the thousands since Gadaffi was taken out of power. After 42 years of brutal dictatorship, they Libyans are finally free. None of that would've been possible without NATO. If anyone is telling lies, it is Cynthia McKinney. She put her foot in her mouth, and I hope she loses credibility.

@1160168 Many of the Libyan Citizens used those guns to defend their country from NATO. However, thousands of Libyans were mowed down in the streets by Apache helicopters. Since Lizzie Phelan was the ONLY journalist outside the Rixos hotel, you should check out her articles. Cynthia Mckinney was an Eyewitness for what happened in Tripoli. NATO has 2/3 of the world's military power. It is stupid to say that Gaddafi had no support & NATO was not a factor. 1.7 MILLION showed support in Tripoli.

@CrashAreYouReady Also, if you say that all those images were fake, then what is happening in Libya? Where were the 1.2 million guns that you're talking about? Tripoli fell in less than a week. He had no popular support there. And if Cynthia Mckinney was a real eyewitness then she would have gone to ALL of the major cities that were affected by the war, not just Tripoli which was under tight Gadaffi control during her visit.

Also, you're implying that all these news outlets (CNN, BBC, AlJazeera, AFP, FOX, Reuters, MSNBC, AlArabiya, etc.) are all in on this conspiracy with NATO. What about the broadcasts from Misrata where Gadaffi's forces shelled the city mercilessly? Was that his hollywood set too? What about Sirte? Did they recreate an entire city just to have all these news programs broadcast from it?
