I'm 22 years old. I started to play when I was 8.
It's a Fender FM63S mandolin. I paid 500 euro or 780 dollar. These days you probably can find it under 600 dollar.

i noticed the guitar in the background. how long u bin playing the guitar? or how long have you bin playing the guitar before you took up th mandolin?

I play the guitar for 13 or 14 years now. THe mandolin I only picked up two years ago.
The guitar in the background is my Fender stratocaster, one of my favourite guitars!
