The top two Christian apologists in the world today (in my humble opinion), Ravi Zacharias and William Lane Craig, give their answer to popular questions about Christianity.

1) What is the meaning/purpose of life?
2) What good evidence is there for the existence of God?
3) How can a good God allow evil?
4) How can we know that the resurrection of Jesus really occurred?
5) How is the exclusivity of Christianity fair to those who don't hear the Gospel?

  • Wow, how refreshing to see comments from people who *appreciate* what Dr. Zacharias and Dr. Craig have to say, not the mean-spirited, profanity-ridden close-mindedness of some of the atheists, naysayers and pooh-poohers who populate YouTube.

  • @brantk81 LOL! I know what you mean, but I'm sure God can use you mightily as well my friend

  • @linfang100 I can't agree that supernatural things are happening. Since RZ brought up the courtroom, why don't I ask you this: In many judicial systems, we have different pleas, like guilty, not guilty, and not guilty by reason of insanity. If you believe that the Bible is 99% accurate, then tell me why we don't have a plea called "not guilty because God gave me a command to do it"?

  • @drumrnva the Bible speaks of their being God, and the devil. yes miraculous things are happening, but in cults around the world it is the devil. What seems more likely? well, obviously you need to agree with me that these things are happening-you brought it up first-soo i think you need to accept the fact that its not only the most likely, it is happening and its not coming from humans...where else can you look but it coming from the spiritual and supernatural? their is none

  • @drumrnva I was just going off of what you said. Im not even bringing what I know into the conversation. You said that abnormal things are happening in every religion...i was explaiining it for you...yes God is real and he does miraculous things...yes the Bible is the only religious book that offers apologetics (or proofs to back up its claims)...and through documentation and other forms of proofs it offers 99 percent accurate...

  • @linfang100 Even if I grant that someone called The Devil exists (which I don't) you still have to prove that his power is real and active. The devil has no power which can be objectively observed, recorded, or measured. You can interpret events as having been cursed/blessed, but you can't prove it. I can't prove that it's not. But what seems most likely?

  • @drumrnva the devil has power to

  • The period of time that elapsed from the point the Biblical events occurred, to the point at which they were recorded, atheist, is irrelevant. For the Holy Spirit is the recorder. How do you think Moses transcribed God's private conversation with Adam roughly 2,500 years after it occurred? Or how do you think Paul knew the names of the two magicians in Egypt who withstood Moses? Paul could not have known this were it not for the Holy Spirit, as this was not recorded in the Old Testament.

  • @benjaminfair1 citation needed. Even if it were true, why would he wait seven years? Do you remember with 100% accuracy events that happened to you 7 years ago? First Corinthians wasn't written until more than 50 years AD and yet people quote it as if they saw the events themselves yesterday and had video evidence to prove it.

  • @benjaminfair1 You're right- it would be the truth IF IT HAPPENED. Well-attested miracle accounts are plentiful from various religious groups. Can I ask two questions? 1)do you know of a well-attested account of a miracle which you believe, and 2) Indian mystic Sri Sathya Sai Baba is said to have performed many miracles which were witnessed by legions of devotees. Do you believe that Sai Baba performed miracles?

  • typo: "The joke is that after being reviewed for hundreds of years now, by and large historians have found the Biblical texts to be authentic, yet people still routinely bring up this defunct argument."
