Twas the night before tomorrow and all through the house not a creature was stirring, except for this drunk bloke.

I edited out the mans name and personal details to protect the individual.

  • this story and this clip got featured on Belgian national tv... nice job man...

They also said the guy was American and probably would have been tasted by the police if it had happened in the US... thumbs up to the police who took care of this in a admirable fashion...

  • Do you have a link by chance? I thought national was cool... international is awesome

The pole started drinking in Warsaw and woke up in Scarborough.

  • deeeeeeeeeeeeeeerp

  • @NooDLES411911 YES.

  • "Wake up, young man."

    Awww... so nice!!

  • In America he would have fukn gotten shot

  • Very fun video, and nice job by the police.

Interestingly I don't think the guy has committed any crime by entering the house and passing out. Aggravated trespass requires intent to disrupt 'lawful activities', and while he WAS disruptive there is no reason here to think he intended to be. Burglary requires intent to either steal, commit criminal damage, commit GBH or rape. Clearly no such intent was present here. Maybe I've missed something but I think his entry and nap were non-criminal. :)

  • @rosztun Actually victims of crime don't 'press charges' in the UK. The decision on whether to prosecute is made (normally) by the Crown Prosecution Service, and while the victim's wishes, if known, may be a factor in their decision, victims don't take any direct part in the legal process pre-trial. The CPS can choose not to prosecute even when the victim wants a prosecution. (They can also prosecute with an unwilling victim, and even summons to court a victim who doesn't want to testify.)

  • Hahaha, Herp'a Derp...

    Great work friend.
