Debbie Barker, International Program Director of the Washington, D.C. based not-for-profit CenterForFoodSafety.org, explains how organic, regenerative agriculture can make a major contribution to mitigating climate change. One example: an amazing 25% of U.S. greenhouse gas emissions comes from nitrogen fertilizer which could be eliminated by switching from industrial food production to organic.

  • if she stops talking the green house gas levels would be sufficiently reduced , all these global warming pundits, should just shut up. problem solved.

  • I think it's important we Increase our carbon emissions as much as possible. Scotland if f**king freeeeeeeeezing this winter!
