Well I guess on the 12 item thing well it depends on how many items OVER she would be and I guess I would mention to her if she knew that this was a 12 Item or less line and that it would be nicer for her to not hold up the others in the line because of it.  I have done it but only if there was no one in those registers and the checker said it was okay. But on busy days I would feel bad to do this to others. One time I had to catch a bus and others let me go through. But please ask first.
