Clever trick showing the spearhand, then punching the boards with knuckles, and quickly opening the hand as the boards break and reassuming the spearhand posistion to make it look like a spearhand break, when it was just a punch.

I've several videos of Master LEE Kyu Hyung performing this technique. I've used slo-mo paused them, zoomed in etc... he does not strike the boards with a fist he actually uses his finger tips.

Small men, frauds, cheaters and haters are often genuinely surprised to discover that through hard work and discipline others do not need to cheat or be dishonest to accomplish great things. Perhaps you should not be so eager to insult such a great man... follow his example and improve yourself instead.

I happen to know this master personally and I can say that not only his technique is perfect but he also is one of the most humble and nice persons I know. He truly represents the most noble aspects of Taekwondo. Master Lee Kyu Hyung is the leader of the Kukkiwon demonstration team and he has earned a Ph.D for sports science just some years ago. He also is teaching at Midong highschool in Seoul. The children demonstration team from there has performed in front of the english queen some time ago.

I believe that he is no longer teaching at Midong Elementary and has accepted a University position.

You met him at the Hanamadang? Do you know if he will be attending the Hanmadang 2008 Hanmadang in Anaheim CA in July?

Never seen a poomsae performed with this quality, and skills before. Truly W.T.F is an marial art, allso like the I.T.F

This is Kukki-Taekwondo.

The Kukkiwon is the World Headquarters for Taekwondo as a martial art, thus the name Kukki-Taekwondo.

W.T.F. is an international sport federation. The W.T.F. governs the National Governing Body of Taekwondo in each member nation as well as rules, regulations and processes for international and Olympic Taekwondo sporting events. W.T.F. is not concerned with martial art, only sport.
