Hi Andre! Yep!
Go to "golf pro lesson proper spine tilt angle"; it is dedicated to the overswing! Then see "golf pro lesson timing and tempo"

hey Shawn. new to your site. very informative stuff! however, i am overswinging way too much and it's killing my tempo. any tips on how I can "shorten" my backswing? thanks and keep up the great work.

Have a look at my "golf Pro Lesson Posture Integrity" as well as the "Golf Pro Lesson Don't Keep the Head Down" part 1 and 2 which deals with posture; there are more nuggets in there too; Shawn

Shawn, I'm a sloucher by nature and once I bent at the hips and felt that stacked feeling my consistency improved 100%. My back though... not so much. Any tips? I'm sure right now i'm overextending (concave spine) but I feel unless I do that, I'm still slouching! Any tips on how to feel aligned posture wise?
Shawn,
what position are your feet...are they sprayed our equally for each foot...hogan suggests having the right foot perpendicular to the target (as he says "it acts as a governor to restrict the right hip from turning too much" and then hogan suggests your left foot be turn out a quarter turn to help the left hip "clear out of the way" ...In your teachings ,your a big advocate for allowing the right hip to turn freely, therefore Hogan's foot positon wouldn't work well with this swing

@tshoey22 Very good!
Have a look at my "golf pro lesson leg and footwork video" and it will validate what you just wrote! Shawn

I was told I tilted my hips torward the ball too much. I did this to make my back flat but actually it makes my spine into an S , Your DVD doesn't have my answer or I'm missing it. I trying to bend from waist with no tilt and it looks more like Hogans posture in Five Lessons. Any suggestions.

Have a look at my "golf pro lesson don't keep your head down" part 1 and 2 video; it has more insight on posture; the spine should make an "S" as this is it's natural anatomical position; see my "golf pro lesson learn your golf machine" too!

Hi Shawn.
Nice posture and it sets you up with a big pocket
to swing through with your arms and club.
I noticed that you swing your arms very upright,is that to allow your arms to "fall" in the pocket?
In this video have you tilted your right side against your braced left side or is it just a trigger for your takeaway? maybe a stupid question but i haven´t seen all your fantastic videos...yet.

Thank you Ben!
Yes on the arms falling; see "golf pro lesson arms falling down plane" and "golf pro lesson perpetual motion drill"; you should also look at my most important video which is called "golf pro lesson learn your golf machine"; Shawn
