Veggie Meals-Zucchini Squash Casserole

I had cooked the rice before and let it cool
I lightly greased the pan with butter or you can use pam.
Layer with brown rice, then add a layer of zucchini, squash, carrots, onions, garlic, tomato sauce, soy mozzarella sauce, basil, salt, pepper- repeat with another layer as above

cover with foil and bake for 20 min at 375 and at the last 10 mins take off the foil and continue to cook.

Brown Rice
Zucchini
Squash
Carrots
Onions
Garlic
Basil
Salt
Pepper
Tomato Sauce
Soy Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese

Bake 375 for 20 mins

So when veggie people have sex and use their mouths do they scare each other? Scare themselves?!! I mean if you see teeth do you start to cry and huddle, hoping for a giant piece of broccoli to come and save you? Ok, I get the silicone bim doing the veggie thing to stay skinny/attractive and maybe combat an underlying weight issue, but seriously guys doing the broccoli thing? Im afraid of meat. Holy shit.
