  • You're definately in agood economy to do so. W/ house values at all time lows, you should be able to score an older house or an open area of land at a great discount price. Also, check out the earthship & a few similar related companies out there for ideas of natural & recyclable building materials. Go ahead & shoot me an email so I can give you the run-down.

  • I am interested in creating affordable green homes. right now it is too expensive for average people although there are sustainable methods for cost-effective building that are difficult to be approved by most inspectors. Also there are hundreds of thousands of cookie-cutter houses that need a green retrofit...this is the real challenge.
