hi, thanks for watching as well as your comment :) let me tell you what really happened there,
so, there was this Japan festival in my city. There were a lot of Japanese games and attraction there, one of them being this Parapara dancing, which can be played for free.
All the people you see in the video came from, let's just say it, a Parapara Dancing community. It's a common thing among them to follow the dance while somebody is playing on the machine. So, they're following Kuuga :P
