@nawasunitasam I ate only what the list allowed ad exercised daily. I also at less slowly over the 13 days.

@bearnstainbearslover hm...this was last year so I'm trying to remember. I did bender ball and tae bo. I also did some weights but I can't recall what exactly. I know I worked on my arms alot tho. hope this helps you!
I did this and lost 14lbs in 13 days :-) my parents stopped me before I finished 20 days cuz you begin to eat wayyyyy less. I actually liked it though :-) definetly recommend it and you are never hungry!

its amazing how people are still so surprised that eating fruits and veggies will help them lose weight.
