How come windows won't allow the boot animation at start up? It applies successfully and everything. But when it come to illustrating it, it fails and goes into a repairing program for windows?

Every time I want to open it it always give me an error (0xc000007b), I'm running on windows 7 32-bit. I tried using run as admin but it didn't solve the problem :(. Please help!
