Watch in HD!!!

Here's a tone demo for the Toadworks Lil' Leo pedal. This is a boutique, handmade pedal made by Ryan Dunn and his team in Spokane, Washington. It produces some fabulous Fender type overdrive and clean tones as shown in the video.

There's loads of Gain available from the Drive and Gain controls and a great deal of boost from the level control.

More demos on the way - I'll be doing an in depth look at each pedal including this one plus tone demos for each.

Enjoy - let me know what you think. Personally, I love this pedal!

Cheers,

Tom Quayle

  • Cheers mate. Are you still in leeds?

  • So ,which do like better, this one,or the Texas flood OD?

  • This is my favourite OD pedal that Toadworks make - I love it. I love the TF too but this has an edge for me. But check out the John Bull demo that's coming soon. Also sounds fantastic!

  • thats a nice sound, and obviously great playing. how could it not be?

  • What scales/keys are you using? Trying to learn this sort of music theory but if that question can't really be answered then never mind. =p

  • Do you think Tom Quayle could play in Jamiroquai if he wanted to?

  • wow... nice sound..... very howesish!! just the enough amount of distortion.

  • Nice tone, but really playing...I hear elements of Holdsworth, but with some modern blues hipness to it.

  • incredible musician

  • great riffs dude! question: can this or the leo jr. get a blues jr. over drive sound?

  • Tom,

I don't suppose you have tab for that jazz thing, the third piece here? It's awesome! That's the way I want to play someday!

  • Sounds good but he's only in his trip...
