today we went to the Red Fort in Delhi, India. earlier we'd been to Akshardham Temple, but weren't allowed to take photos there. it's quite spectacular though, and right next to the 2010 Commonwealth Games complex. Red Fort has a museum, though like many of Delhi's historical monuments and treasures, it's upkeep could do with a bit more work. it's good to see though.

  • i feel u, but population is too much, ppl just don't care anymore, cleaniless was one part of ancient india, there were shastras on cleaniless and adequate housing, but population is just too much to handle

  • i wish Indians would take an effort to keep India clean. They are destroying their own country when they throw garbage all around without thinking of the consequences.

If they love their country, they would take the effort.

  • Awesome!!

  • I liked this more than the Taj Mahal. Yes less grand overall - but way more nooks and crannies to explore. The Taj Mahal is a one-and-done kind of thing.

  • I have been to india and i was there and in taj mahal

  • I have been to india and i was there and in tash ma hal

  • Indian history is the greatest in the world .Im not saying this becoz im Indian. Our architechture, science & Technology was in its height before the british came here. Whether its the Red fort , Konark mandir, Taj Mahal, Charminar ,Madurai or Khajuraho temple. Our country rocks from all angles. We belong to a great civilization... The worlds only living race that has lived thru ages.... Truly Increadible India . --Jai Hind foreva

  • @punkshking ...no one will believe u in this life. ---keep trying

  • @sunita99 .. This was also known as ''Qila - e- Hindustaan'' or fortress of India , till 1836, wen the british invaded it. Its indeed satisfying & exhilerating to see the national flag on it once again afer 200 yrs. I feel very proud everytime i see this .. really hair raising... THE SPIRIT OF INDIA WILL LIVE ON...THRU AGES

    -----Jai Hind

  • @sunita99 I read it, and its really awfull. British looted Subcontinent en enrich themself by the wealth of india.

  • @sunita99 I agree completely !!!!

  • If anyone is interested in knowing what the British did to India .. read William Dalrymple's "The Last Mughal" . The British should be made to apologize for what they did, and return the Kohinoor they STOLE from India!!! Bunch of thieves!!!
