Interesting......I curious to know how you can drive through the ball with your shoulders back......The way I see it, you can only lift the ball as all of your weight would need to be back and you would be using nothing but leg strength. Having your shoulder down and over the ball at impact will allow you to use more than just leg strength, including core strength, body weight, and momentum...'m not saying the shoulders back approach is wrong, but please explain before knocking others mechanics
I hope to god 45 secs through you were being sarcastic when you said "i like the crunch you had." You never want to crunch. Shoulders back so you can drive through the ball instead of crunch
