@fackafacka I see real damage happening from the most motivated portion of evangelicals. They are the foundation for the moderates. I see it the same way for the followers of Islam. The radicals of Islam are the "foundation stones" that should be addressed. If Mormons can be Mormons, then we need to let Muslims be Muslims. Now having said that; I wish both groups gone with all my mental powers. I get so angry, crazy, frustrated, about this stupidity. (If we could only separate church and state)

Islam is a totalitarian ideology. It rules every aspect of life — economics, family law, whatever. It has religious symbols, it has a God, it has a book — but it’s not a religion.
It can be compared with totalitarian ideologies like Communism or fascism. There is no country where Islam is dominant where you have a real democracy, a real separation between church and state.

OK, so here I see the radical end of Islam. What about the brainwashing we are getting from our own governments? USA and Great Britan are used and abused by our govenments and coorporations. Is it just good enough to be *called* free while we deny being slaves to the systems of power? Even the Christian right is a brainwashing machine. Why should anyone get uptight about Islam while the people telling us to get uptight are raping us with our own consent? Make sense and I will listen.

@WhiteManTan well, simply because the radical end of islam as you call it, created some of the most violent terrorists attacks in the world the last 15 years, they made this world more unsafe and they openly preach hate WHILE claiming we should make sure their rights are protected. You are right about the extremists like the evangelists or "Christian" (they arent really, they just say they are) and they should be monitored and controlled too.
