@shinigami01 Thanks!! Well, it's lots and lots of practice. What I found specifically helpful is trying to extend the time spent in Uth Pluthi at the end of the practice. Also, Chaturangas are really helpful for the jump back - the elbow bend can help keep the weight of the body balanced on your wrists when you extend the legs out at the end of the jump back. I hope that makes sense. Keep up with the practice and all will be coming!
