Escrava Isaura (1976) Capitulo 6

Some parts of the 6th episode of the famous Brasilian novela "Escrava Isaura" (Globo, 1976). Isaura again meets Tobias. She speaks him that their appointments are sensless and she can't meet him anymore. Tobias tell Isaura about his sympathies. Leoncio tells dona Ester about invitation to visit fazenda Ibituba. Dona Ester asks if Isaura can join them in the trip to Ibituba. Tais asks Tobias who is that misterious girl her brother is falling in love with. Tais worries about future of those meetings. Leoncio comes to Isaura's bedroom and threatens her. Isaura rushes out and turns Leoncio out. Leoncio and Ester visit Ibituba and invite Paes Vidal family to visit Santa-Cruz again. Tais likes Leoncio's polite manners. Counsillor Fontoura speaks Malvina that they will go to Almeida's fazenda on the next day. Malvina is pleased to hear the news. Rosa wants to talk to Leoncio. Leoncio tries to kiss Isaura, but Januaria destroys his plans. Rosa hates Isaura much more. She asks Rita if she knows who was Isaura's mother and why she is in a such a favor at dona Ester. Januaria convinces Isaura of telling dona Ester about Leoncio's strivings. Isaura is afraid that senora will not stand this news. Then Isaura asks Januaria to open the secret of her origins. Januaria agrees to tell Isaura all the truth...

Reminded me of my childhood from China, I was probably like 5 or 6.. Looking back now, I thought Leoncio is quite handsome! Isaura is actually very plain looking. But it was a good soap opera, has all the dramas. Except if a master wants a slave back in those times, it's shouldn't be this difficult! LOL
