  • @N4ANE--perfect for me.

  • Can you check out mine? It's a bit buried over vlogs but it's called WIP Survival Kit (It's a Work in Progress project) and I've added a lot to it. I'll make a newer video soon, but I like it a lot. Probably the best survival kit for the price and size I've seen.

  • @oppisiteofafredfan--nice job man! checked out both your videos and they look great. You're off to a good start.

  • @DRmaximumCRAZY--you probably wouldn't need one. You sound pretty tough (you gotta be tough if you don't even put a period at the end of your sentence--that's hardcore).

  • @namankamran Good question. I was asking Guardian the same thing. Apparently they have them in there for emergencies where there is a lot of downtime and waiting. They're good to take the mind off things for a little while...seemed to make sense...

  • @UrbanSurvivalTools I had the full issue in the Marines; Main pack, Day pack, hydration system, etc. The one I found was the main pack for less than $100. I haven't had the chance to purchase it yet but planning on it for sure. For another cheap but great quality pack would be the swixx mountaineers pack; leather, leather straps, metal buckles, and two pockets, the main pouch and a smaller one to simplify arrangement.

  • @bwood232--haha I try to be a good sport--no sense getting your panties in a twist when people point things out. I'm curious about your ILBE--are you talking about the whole pack system, just the main pack, or the smaller ones?

I absolutely LOVE the ILBE Corpsman Assault Pack. My favorite 3 day pack by FAR. I feel like it fits my back and carries the load better than any other pack I've worn. Kind of strapped on the cash, but still have my eye out for a good deal on one of those...

  • @UrbanSurvivalTools Hey thanks for being a good sport brother. Not easy to find on Youtube lol. I agree with your reply "fewer items of higher quality". I would like to add good products don't necassarily have to cost an arm and a leg. A mora knife anywhere from $10-$20 dollars is a great knife. As you did say it takes time and energy to research. I found a Marine Corps ILBE pack ($300-$500) for less than $180. From my experience while deployed, its great!
