If my Buddy had a collar like that I could just image him with this slow, dopey voice and looking up at me with his droopy Basset eyes saying, "Daaaw, I am sorry for making you mad with my barking, I got excited because I saw a squirrel. You still love me, right? Here, you can pet my belly."
