As for Japan - you need to understand how God operates, through building a relationship with Him, through prayer and reading, searching for Him and the answers will come. Everyone who knocks is answered. This is Jesus's promise to all of us, and to you too. I apologise if I made you feel as if I think I am superior, I did not mean that.

Science is based on FACT, religeon is based on BLIND FAITH. The proof that god is non existant is everywhere. Take prayer for example, every time people pray for miracles and for god to save them god never shows up. Prayers are never answered. You dont have blind faith in science, you perform experiments that prove or disprove theories. Experiments dont leave an "inconclusive" result, whereas religeon is full of unproven BS..trek2space, you have alot to learn. Show me proof of god, any proof.

@dinorwicdan Sorry to hear your prayers (have you ever prayed with faith?) went unanswered, because my life is full of miracles of answered prayers, in the most desperate situations too, when other people would have given up if they don't know that God answers their prayers. I had people healed when doctors gave up on them, I had broken family restored by prayers, so I know He really Does Exist and He Answers Prayers in His Abundant Love and Mercy, praise be to His Holy Name Forever and Ever!!!

@VFAOzzy. no where in the new testament does it say to pray to Mary nor to anyone else. when i was catholic i was told the same thing, "we are just asking her to pray for us and to take our prayers to Jesus". Duet chp 18 says do not call upon spirits of the dead nor call upon angels or demons. i put all my trust and faith in Jesus knowing He hears me and will bless me answer all my cries and joys, bcuz He hears my cries and joys, not Mary nor anyone else. everytime i cry to Jesus, He hears me.

@bornagainsaint1 You need to read the New Testament and church history regarding idolatry. The Muslims practice Iconoclasm which is what you are referring to. We ask Mary to pray for us...big difference! It gives me a great feeling knowing that I have an advocate in heaven who is, "The Mother of God." Mary asked Jesus to intervene during the wedding at Cana, it shows what a wonderful advocate she could be to us as Jesus seems to change his mind and turns water into wine.
