A slightly more expensive yet infinitely more useful solution to Apple TV is a Mac Mini. You can do the same thing with it pretty much and it's a full blown Mac aswell. Those things make awesome media centres even though that wasn't the idea behind them (kind of ironic then how it's better than the offerings that use Windows Media Centre lol). Use a wireless mouse and keyboard with it and you can enjoy it from your sofa on your big HD TV.

Thats the only solution I've been able to think of. I might get a mini display port to hdmi adaptor and use my macbook pro.

If a car was offered online and you would have it appear for free and though it would be stolen from a car dealership no body could stop you. Would you take that car? Its the same thing as taking a move/game/mp3.

I think some things are stupid like mp3 downloads I mean if someone on the other side of the planet buys a CD you like and uploads it to a site to be downloaded and you download it it is illegal right. But if that very same person comes to your house gives you the CD to burn onto another CD or to put into Itunes or on your mp3/4 it's not illegal even though it's pretty much the same thing.

What about the people that actually make the music? If everyone just downloads it no-one gets paid, the music industry falls apart and you're left with kiddies making shit music with cracked software. Support the artists you like by buying their stuff.

This is a great video. I don't mean to put down Ireland, because my parents and grandparents are from Ireland, but America doesn't have this problem at all. I don't think I have any limit on downloads, and I didn't pay any extra to get that feature.

I've actually figured a way around the "no movie and tv downloads" from itunes. My mom is dating a guy who lives in Belfast, so every once in a while I give him money to buy me a £50 iTunes card and I redeem it in the British iTunes, so I can get movies and Tv shows!
