(E) 2006 Quasiturbine Hand Rotation Test - 5 litres Expander up to 12 kW under 4 bar (60 psi). - (Prior lateral seals machining) - Noise due to fresh internal rotor grinding vanishes in few hours for still less friction.
Try to rotate the same way a 5 liter displacement piston engine (sparkplugs removed)!

(F) 2006 Quasiturbine vérifiée par rotation manuelle - Détendeur jusqu'à 12 kW sous 4 bar (60 lbs/po-carré). (Antérieurement au machinage des joints latéraux) - Le bruit dû au récent meulage interne du stator disparait en quelques heures pour encore moins de friction.
Essayez de tourner ainsi un moteur à piston de 5 litres de cylindrée (sans les bougies)!

  • rasping sound tells it has too much friction so there is a lot of attrition. Also there is too complicated joints and stuff. crazy, but so is wankel.

  • Really awesome, looks powerful. It runs great on air so why not combine this with Zajac motors external combustion and you have a winner.
