@serenityluvsgod , i've been singing for the Lord since i was a little girl. I only sing in church. Nevertheless i took a tattoo about a year ago and i'd love to get another one sometime. I'm pretty sure i won't be condemned for it. Jesus told us to love another and to forgive each other, 7x70 times! I've been waiting until i was 42 because of the things you say, but i'm sure now that God will love it to! He who is without sinn shall throw the first stone! I won't, will you? God Bless.

@serenityluvsgod one word to you my friend GRACE:) Its not what we've done or have to do its what Jesus has done already on the cross if we had to work to get closer to God or have our minds filled with rules and fear of sinning then the Devil is happy that your not drawing near to God not to confess IN ORDER to be forgiven but we confess cause WE ARE ALREADY FORGIVEN, its Grace my friend hope one day you get that revelation:)

Sin can only be forgiven by true REPENTANCE. Jesus said, "Go and sin NO MORE". The BIBLE SAYS that only those who OBEY are FORGIVEN: "God is the author of eternal salvation upon all them that OBEY Him" Heb. 5:9

@platnium1811 Pt.2 Compare it with Daniel 3. Nebuchadnezzars great image. Daniel's friends were fordced to bow down, when the music started. Look at the instruments of the pagans there! Even more than David used. Daniel's friends refused to bow down before an idol. What are we doing today? Consuming Christian Metal as "worship". What a bad joke! Surely it matters HOW you worship. If David was judged because he used pagan-like music, do you think we will souls for Jesus using Metal?

@platnium1811 Look at 2.Samuel 6 David b´rought he Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem. He did it 2 times. The first time he used many different instruments including tambourines and cymbals. The the oxen stumbled, Uzzah tried to prevent the Ark from falling and died because he grabbed to the wagon. The second time the israelites only used shofars /trumpets). Why? The oxen might have stumbled because of the noise of the loud music. Why else David used only trumpets at the 2n time?

@MarkOpee1 if im a victem of having a great relationship with God were i know hes by my side always and that i can worship him in whatever way i want with either my obedience to him or through music thats not for my benifit but music that worships him then sure im a victem cause God's grace is upon me cause iv accepted him into my life and theirs no condemnation or judgement on me, for Jesus has paid for sin for all who calls on His name in FULL

@platnium1811 True worship has nothing to do with music, but laying down your life as aliving sacrifice (Romans 12:1-2). Nether Christ, nor paul, nor the other Apostles used the music of their time (which was pagan!) to make disciples. They only preahed the word. Christian Rock is a contradiction to the Word, no matter how "christian it may sound. It's the end times Great Apostasy. Many ones will be deceived in that time and you seem to be a sad victim

@MarkOpee1 praise and worship or what ever you do to give glory to God which Brian does in his songs its not the way you play it or what instruments you use, its about the principle of yes God is worthy of praise and worship but however you do it doesnt matter listen to more modern praise and worship its got more rock edge these days, principle of praise and worship to give glory to God is the same and never change but how its done must continue be dynamic to reach out to more people.
