BioShock Infinite is a first-person shooter currently in development at Irrational Games, the studio behind the original BioShock (which sold over 4 million units worldwide). Set in 1912, BioShock Infinite introduces an entirely new narrative and gameplay experience that lifts players out of the familiar confines of Rapture and rockets them to Columbia, an immense city in the sky.
Former Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt has been sent to rescue Elizabeth, a young woman imprisoned in Columbia since childhood. Booker develops a relationship with Elizabeth, augmenting his abilities with hers so the pair may escape from a city that is literally falling from the sky. DeWitt must learn to fight foes in high-speed Sky-Line battles, engage in combat both indoors and amongst the clouds, and harness the power of dozens of new weapons and abilities.

After rewatching this trailer after beating the game, I have to say, this is absolutely nothing like the game.

Or it could could be that the trailer was made in a time when the game's ideas weren't fully realized. Not like this was the first time a trailer for a game doesn't match exactly with the game itself. People over think things sometimes.

Seeing how Elizabeth can levitate roses I'm willing to bet that the original plot of the game was that she's the one keeping the city up and that's why she's important.

by playing this trailer with the soundtrack mindheist it is so perfect.

True that the game changed a lot, his voice changed a lot, also his outfit, plus the fact that Elizabeth DOES NOT have Telekinesis; in fact, Telekinesis is not in the game at all (for my sadness, the only thing close to it was the Bucking Bronco [or something like that, the wild horse Vigor], because I could have perfectly fared without Charge; not kidding, I haven't used that one ONCE in the game.) Also, it seems Columbia itself changed a lot in the end product.

Because the game is not set in Rapture, though it mentions Columbia "borrowing" some technology from alternate worlds/dimensions/timelines using tears, which means Songbird probably had its technology copied from the Big Daddy's technology (the hint is in a Voxphone entry/journal in the game) I can't say I didn't love Songbird though, as much as I like the Big Daddies, the Songbird was the best character in the game for me, I even have SB set as my wallpaper :)
