Killer fat burning leg workout for hard hitting legs of steel. This is a simple design using only three key exercises. Give it a go it has plenty of options to make the workout harder to suit the beginner or advanced exerciser.
The Workout:
1. Jumping lunges
2. Bodyweight squats
3. Double squat jumps
That's it nothing else!
Options:
Beginner's rep ranges 10-2
Round 1 -- 10 reps
Round 2 -- 8 reps
Round 3 -- 6 reps
Round 4 -- 4 reps
Round 5 -- 2 reps
Advanced rep ranges 20-10
Round 1 -- 20 reps
Round 2 -- 18 reps
Round 3 -- 16 reps
Round 4 -- 14 reps
Round 5 -- 12 reps
Round 6 -- 10 reps

Question. I am new to working out. I am 24, at 6'2 and 225 lbs. I am trying to find out what to do. I have a yoga mat, some dumbells, protein powder, multivitamins, and an ab wheel and some resistance bands. I tried running today and running/jogging for like 30 seconds to a minute, and my lungs/chest had a cool burn in them, I wasn't sure if this was bad as my legs werent even tired. Thanks. I'm just trying to burn fat.
